Night 30: Intercom, End of Night
The intercom crackled and the Head Doctor's haughty laughter sounded over it.
"Hmph. I didn't think you'd have the courage to offer a clever rebuke, and it seems that I was right. Patients, are you really willing to trust someone who will stand against me only when it is convenient for their purposes? Not that Alec was any different..."
The Head Doctor trailed off, as if lost in thought before he sighed and continued.
"In any case, I tire of your futile efforts for the night. I do hope we're able to bring in some new patients soon; this is all getting rather dull."
Again he paused before sighing and snapping his fingers.
