Only that was about the complete opposite of what Yukari thought about the announcement that came on. It wasn't the "evil head doctor" she was told about, but she guessed everyone else expected it just as much as she did. Get out, it said-- oh yeah, she was definitely doing that. She needed to, if she wanted to find out what exactly this place is and how she could ever get out.
She wasn't too worried about exiting the room all by herself. There may have been something out there, but Yukari highly doubted it was anything like a Shadow. With as many times as she's faced those, she had the courage to go up against anything that wasn't one. When she peered out into the hallway through the suddenly unlocked door, there was nothing there that proved itself to be dangerous. Now, with determination on her mind, she slipped out, taking careful steps into the darkness.
Right, she remembered going this way earlier... kind of. Frowning at her memory, Yukari kept a mental note to do her best to memorize the direction she was going in. And perhaps not to wander too far. It wouldn't do her any good if she managed to get herself lost.
