Riddick was out the door as soon as it unlocked, shiv out and partly hidden in his grasp. He sprinted by the other two doors towards the adjoining passage, heading for the hallway containing the room and the man who was his target.

All he was taking with him was his torch and the two cigarettes in his pocket. He was really hoping he could find a lighter tonight. He'd already chewed one of his thumbnails in desperation.
Soubi looked up the corridor and made his way out towards the next.

Frustration at not finishing Kimbley off was set aside as the main thing on Riddick's mind right now was how short last night had been. He estimated there had been half an hour at the most, though he wasn't sure about the questionable length of time he'd been out of it in the courtyard. That seemed ludicrous even for this fucked up place, but the only way he'd know if the duration varied from night to night was if it lasted longer this round.
There was no one in the hall at the moment, so no ambient lighting from random flashlights. Riddick moved his goggles up to his forehead and headed quickly for his room, everything illuminated perfectly in shades of purple.

He pushed the fury to a corner of his mind for the moment, closing the door to his room quietly behind him and listening silently for a few seconds.

The hallway was still pretty empty when he entered, but he could hear the sound of footsteps moving swiftly towards the exit. The Colonel could only presume that it was Riddick, and with a low sigh he made his way over in the same direction.

The sounds of the intercom crackling awake brought a familiar edge to Zoro’s thoughts. The thrill of the fight was pounding in his veins and he eagerly sat up in anticipation. He’d have to arm himself, probably, but this new adventure was something he was ready to dive into. He’d been hanging around Luffy too long.
The hallway was dark but his footsteps didn’t falter in the slightest. He took off running down the hall, determined to find either nakama or weapon.
It was too bad that Zoro had forgotten to search the room for anything that might have been of use. He was practically running blind without a flashlight.
