There would, though, still be takers. That he was sure of. L was right; the lure of a weapon was a clever one. Not only were there human patients to whom a gun would seem an excellent safety net, but there were more than enough specialised fighters here hurting for their own personalised weapons.
Thinking logically, however, wasn't particularly important when it came to where they'd, briefly, come to a halt.
The bassline pounded through Lunge's back teeth like a migraine, and the coloured lights were almost blinding coming out of the dark of the hallways. He blinked- then sighed almost in unison with L. "I don't know why I'm surprised." Shaking his head at himself, he carried on down the hallway.
