Tonight, tomorrow, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, then EUROPE
Okay, my subject line was going to be "One day more," but I've got a lot of things happening...
1) Last day of work for a while (I do come in tomorrow, but not to work, just to interview someone for a position here)
2) Date tonight
3) Last appointment tomorrow, lots of shopping, and cleaning the house/packing before family arrives
4) Family arrives Thursday
5) Graduate Friday
6) Family relaxes together Saturday
7) Family leaves Sunday, I relax and take care of last-minute things
8) Monday, 11:59 am, I leave for EUROPE!!!
DAMN, no wonder I can't sit still. I also happen to be wearing a brand-new outfit in which I feel particularly sexy. See, I decided to maybe purchase some clothes that have color, as opposed to the black-white-grey scheme I've set myself into. So, now I am wearing navy capris (long), a light blue collared stretch polo shirt thing, and high-heeled, pointy-toed black shoes. I just never imagined myself wearing blue...or high-heeled, pointy-toed shoes.
Hmm, looks like rain. I hope it does, then I only have to clean the inside of my car before my family gets here (yes, yes, dad will probably make some off-handed, nonchalant, but actually mean, snide, and indicative-of-my-not-being-good-at-being-a-real-person type comment about the state of my car, apartment, or similar).
Ah, well, at least we can all just get drunk, and then we'll love each other dearly.
