Since the full moon, Sebastian had been alternately attempting not to move and dealing with things he didn't have the energy to deal with. He hadn't had any rest, it seemed, since his birthday. He'd spent most of the night uncharacteristically outside, pacing the estate and listening carefully for any sign of danger. He'd been useless, in the end, given what Harry had told him about the guests that had been attacked.

That couldn't be allowed to continue.

Sebastian was still too drained and weary to do anything about it just yet, though. In a few days, he'd go back to scouting and letting Jemma help organize a mission. Somehow, he also had the feeling Harry and the more incompetent Aurors would be involved now.

It all made his head spin, so he did the only thing he could think of when the nightmares got to be too much. He wasn't going to sleep, it was becoming increasingly clear, and Reid had actually managed to pass out briefly. Considering Sebastian was still partially convinced that Reid didn't sleep so much as catnap constantly, he didn't want the tossing and turning to actually interfere.

That's how he found himself sitting on a stool at the prep station in the shining kitchen, a spread of various mismatched foods in front of him, and a strawberry cream cheese sandwich in his hands at something like two in the morning.
