I find this quite compelling:

I finally watched A Scanner Darkly The rotoscoping was excellent and I wasn't all that surprised to learn that several of the animators also worked on Waking Life The story is quite a bit different from what I expected from the previews. . . I'll probably watch it a few more times before I make up my mind about it.
