So, recently, I have accepted that I have PTSD. There's no question that the trauma is distinct from the other three personal trauma categories (Self-hatred, Social Anxiety Disorder, Grudges), I we have the following 11 categories:
- Gender/Sexual systemic oppression
- Subcultural systemic oppression
- Racial (ethnic) systemic oppression
- Relationship abuse
- Abuse in the home
- Familial abuse
- Religious abuse via brainwashing
- Self-hatred, Depression, Stockholm Syndrome, Codependency
- Social Anxiety Disorder
- Grudges, Refusal to resolve, Refusal to negotiate
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
What's weird is while the flashbacks are brutal and severe, I now understand that the scope is within the violation of a narcissistic perspective and the standard procedures that narcissists do to attack those who violate that perspective. Thus, I can (to a small but significant extent) shrug off the attacks and begin to await the point where I can be treated properly by other people.
