Content: Doug finds himself IN AMERICA when he was in France only moments ago.

Doug had been wandering for a while now and he still had no clue what was going on here. The only thing he had been able to figure out was that this was the United States for he had seen the Statue of Liberty. Without a head. Which had been very unsettling. It was as if a huge army of Akuma had gone through this city.
What puzzled him the most however, was the matter of how he had gotten here. He had been in France, rushing out of the gate to get to Colette's place and give her the ribbon. He had been so excited and nervous to see her reaction to the gift but the moment he had stepped outside the gate all he could remember was blacking out and waking up in a ruined city.
Could this wrecked city be the work of Akuma? What if they were still around? Were there any survivors? These questions kept Doug's mind sharp and alert. And despite knowing the fact he'd stand no chance against Akuma his stride was as unwavering as ever.
