He saw Pixie bring in even more of the cavalry behind them, inside the computer room itself. The guards were distracted by this new wave of Manhattanites, allowing him and the others to push into the DRT room. Sora had guessed right...the room was huge. He was actually glad to get the warning from Pixie, as otherwise he might've been caught up in fighting and smashed something accidentally.
In the melee, he actually caught sight of Xemnas, using his blades and teleportation powers to take out another round of guards. Sora managed something like a grin...he never thought he'd actually be fighting alongside Xemnas, even in this world. Time to show him as well as these Tagruato guys what they could do!
And he got that opportunity when he spotted Riku come in with Pixie. "Riku! Let's go!"
With his friend there, and with a horde of heavily-armed soldiers between them, Sora immediately jumped up and began a joint attack with Riku. Drawing on his friend's power, he sliced through a wall of steel shields, meeting up with Riku halfway.
"Is that all you got?" Riku teased him, and Sora just smirked back. Letting his Keyblade do the talking, he and Riku proceeded with a series of super-fast jabs at the nearest soldier raising his weapon at him. When that man fell, five more jumped up to take his place, and Sora stepped back to allow Riku to use a little bit of his power. Together, they created a storm of bright bolts that zeroed in on their opponents and put them down.
"That and a lot more!" Sora joked back at Riku.

Until she got a look at the "fancy computers" and realized they lined several walls and took up a good deal of floor. Damn. She made her way towards a wall, finding a position with more protection than the open floor and laying down cover fire, being careful of her aim and the calibration of the Tetragrammation gun.
She aimed, fired, and watched for a split second of utter shock as the shot easily bored a neat hole through a guard's shield and kevlar. Damn she was still not used to this gun-
And then she snapped back to reality and ducked back behind her cover, taking out the stragglers the other combatants missed and trying not to be in too much awe of Sora and Riku's teamwork.

It was after a few moments that he realized that this room was actually big enough to fly in. Negi hopped onto his staff and took to the air, already thinking of an idea. It would be hard to fire off light arrows if he was on the ground as it risked hitting a computer.
However, from the air he could easily rain them down on the guards.
Light began to gather in Negi's hand as he chanted from the air and very few guards seemed to have realize that there was an attack coming from this direction. Light rained down from the heavens in a concentrated attack, striking the guards from a position they couldn't defend from.

Even the guards of Tagruato, hardened men and women who had ruthlessly imprisoned some of the most powerful beings in the multiverse for almost a year, had to just pause and stare at the sheer absurdity of that sight.
And when they did, Donald Duck hit them with a lightning bolt.

In passing Riku saw the power of Rosette’s weapon. Now THAT’S a gun. Negi’s attacks were a perfect balance between magic and physical fighting. It was a brilliant way of making sure he didn’t exhaust either of his skills. Donald and Goofy were in rare form. And the fact that Donald was not only conscious, but making short work of their enemies made even Riku smile.
Though Xemnas being around made it a guarded smile. Even if they fought together, he still kept an eye on him. It would be easy to destroy all his enemies when this battle was done. The Nobody was as fast as ever and still ever as powerful.
Riku passed Sora again when they resummoned their Keyblades. Seeing Sora use darkness the way he did, yet remain untempted to pursue it was both intriguing and comforting to Riku. He feigned thinking Sora was all-talk. Humming a short laugh, Riku replied, “Yeah, right. I’ll take ‘em!”
And then came Kang’s spell. Riku was already light on his feet, but it felt as if he could fly. The teen felt almost weightless by comparison. Such effortless speed and control was a rush. “Thanks!” His comment was somewhat hushed, but still audible.
Placing their strength into their Keyblade’s power, their blades quadrupled in length and glowed brightly. Their reach was profound as they moved around each other. When one moved his blade to the other, he stood behind his friend. In this way he continued to pour power into his own Keyblade, regardless of whether they held it at the time. Both boys easily proved their skills in dual-wielding.
The two thrust their hands up in the air and summoned swords of light that surrounded them. The attack quickly mowed down surrounding guards sliced through the defenses of the next wave. With gestures of their Keyblades they hurled the ethereal blades wide, and they passed harmlessly through everything that wasn’t an enemy.
But many of the guards had little idea how much pain they were about to feel. As the boys passed each other again they hurled Ultima Weapon and Testament into the air. There was vehemence in Riku’s voice.
“Prepare to lose it all!”

The second was that Mr. Stark took apart a few tasers and fixed them into the armor as a new weapons system allowing her to electrocute things by touch. Which was a simple and safe way to deal with the guards. She didn't have to use her dagger and worry about uneeded killing! Totally safe!
"Please stop shooting at me, someone could get hurt when the bullets ricochet," considering how nice this warning was you might wonder if she realized what was going on. However with all the shooting she felt it best to keep moving. No point in letting them keep firing. However she noticed she felt faster, so she moved faster. Even with the armor she felt like she was as light and fast as in normal clothes. So she zipped through the guards with her simple and casual movements, electrocuting them one after another.
She did occasionally say sorry to them, but she did warn them about firing guns. Someone could get hurt!

Sora grabbed back Ultimaweapon as Riku took back Way to the Dawn, and bumped fists with him in a gesture of triumph. Man, did it feel good to be fighting like this again!
As if all that wasn't enough, the moment they finished the attack (one that usually forced Sora to pause for air for a second), Kang came by them and cast a haste spell over their entire group. While Sora himself never used haste spells, he could instantly recognize it...he felt lighter, faster, as if his feet barely needed to touch the ground for him to get anywhere. "Thanks!" he called back to the draconian, a wide grin on his face.
Everyone was throwing in their strongest attacks! Rosette's gun was doing incredible damage (he'd never seen a gun that powerful before!), Pixie was using her electricity to incapacitate anyone she touched, Goofy's tornado and Donald's magic was cutting through ranks everywhere they went, and Negi had taken on an excellent vantage point for magic. Between all of their efforts, a good chunk of the guards had been completely taken out of the picture. They were so close to taking control of the room!

He almost felt sorry for these guards, but they'd surely known what they'd been getting themselves into. But even if they didn't, they'd attacked, and that didn't go unnoticed, just as it wouldn't go unpunished. They had initiated a war, and that's what they'd gotten. They'd overestimated their ability to keep their "subjects" in line, and they were going to pay for it.

Negi touched down on the ground again and noticed Kang casting a spell as well. Suddenly, he felt a lot faster. It was then that he remembered that he could probably use his shindou now. Focusing his magic into his feet, Negi concentrated on the space he wanted to move to and in a split second he was there. It had worked, and with haste he was moving as fast as Kaede would have.
Negi switched back to his martial arts moves and took out some of the guards that were lining up in the walkways above the floor. He knew it'd be bad if they took them from above. So much was going on down below, it was almost baffling.
They had to be winning right?
The mage noticed more guards heading Sora's way and jumped/teleported back to his location. It wasn't actually teleporting, but he was moving so fast it looked like it. "Hey, Sora, care to lend me a hand?"

Of course, even despite the fact that their joint effort seemed to be having a great effect he was not letting such an excellent display go to waste. Why should he, when people were so freely showing off that which they could do. He might never use the information he was gathering here, but that was no reason not to do so.
Nor was it a reason to leave the fighting to those who had joined him in this endeavor. He would not let them see him as a coward. Not when there were yet enemies that had not been taken care of. He had only begun to fight.
"Bind!"
It was the only warning the guards would have before a tangle of vines that seemed to be made out of darkness itself shot directly into their midst. Vines that seemed to not be inclined to stop coming any time soon. But that was only the distraction; a second copy of him (or was the one with the vines the copy?) swooping in from behind the guards, blades flashing down relentlessly. There could be no mercy.

It looked like he wasn't the only one who wanted to fight alongside Sora. When Negi called over, he gave them both a quick nod and ran off in his own direction. Riku had something he'd been curious to try now that he had his powers back.
Regardless, however, Riku found himself nearly running into the path of twilit thorns. Using his own Keyblade to change his momentum, he swung hard and pushed off from the ground to move around it. Reversal had never been so easy.
Riku ran up alongside Rosette and held out his hand to oncoming guards. "Miss me?" he asked her. Though he couldn't fire off his Dark Firaga with the same impressive speed as Rosette's gun, at least he too could attack from a distance. Besides, he wasn't getting anywhere near her line of fire. So what better place than right next to her?

He moved, too quickly for the bare eye to notice, and grabbed the heads of the two guards that were sneaking up behind Riku and the girl. The guards started to scream as horrible images began to float in their minds, and they slumped to the floor, trembling with utter horror.
"Keyblade Master of Darkness," Zexion called out, already summoning his lexicon with one hand. "I would advise you to watch your back more carefully." With that, he threw the summoned book at a nearby guard's head, not even wincing as he heard the sickening crack of the guard's now broken skull.

She couldn't help but grin as Riku joined her. "How could I? You were tough to miss, showoff." It wasn't really the situation for jokes, but there was no reason not to-
She jumped and whipped around as the screams sounded behind her, just in time to see two guards collapse to the ground. "Wh-" Who the hell was this guy and how did he know Riku?
...and why was he fighting with a book?
No time for those thoughts - Rosette caught a flash of movement behind the newest arrival and fired, catching a guard in the shoulder and knocking him off balance. The second shot finished him. They needed to figure out how these guards were getting behind them and end it. But before turning her attention to that new problem, she looked the book-tossing arrival straight in the eye - the one she could see, at any rate.
"Take your own advice."

But they still had their fair share of firepower left. Speaking of, it seemed like a lot of the guards were being hit by tiny, localized explosions...not a magic that Sora recognized, but he wasn't going to argue it.
Xemnas was back in the fray, too. Sora almost instinctually used Reversal against Xemnas's darkness thorns, turning on his foot and dodging the black spiked vine, even though it wasn't aimed at him. He was going to stay out of the way for now, since he didn't want to get too caught up in what attacks Xemnas was throwing out.
He heard a voice from above, and spotted Negi above the fray. "Sure thing!" Sora called back with a smile, and prepared to fight with him again.
Negi cast a wind spell on a group of eight guards, and they lifted off the ground. Unable to get their footing or aim, they were easy targets for Sora, who bashed everyone that was within reach of Ultimaweapon. A series of cuts and bruises later, they tumbled back to the ground with a series of harsh THUMPS.
And whatever was in the magic had an added effect, too...all of the guards' pants suddenly burst into an explosion of flower petals, rendering the group essentially pants-less. Had Sora the time, he would've stopped to laugh his head off at the unexpected effect. But still caught up in the urgency of battle, he only had time to snicker as he closed in again on the battered and confused guards.

Trying not to get caught up in the moment, Negi hopped back on his staff. He grabbed Sora's hand and together they took to the air. He didn't fly as high up has he had before but just enough to get out of reach. That wasn't his only reason though. They could do a lot of damage from this height. Negi nodded at Sora and Sora acknowledge the nod. Both boys let go and Sora dropped to the ground, the point of impact knocking back most of the guards as Sora swept them back with the Ultimaweapon. That wasn't all though, Negi had timed his own magic to hit the ground at the exact same time as Sora. Just as Sora slashed at the guards, lightning rained down from the heavens and struck the guards with a loud thunder clap of power.
Negi couldn't believe how well that had worked. Those guards wouldn't be bothering them again.
