Bobby was running hard. He couldn't believe this. Not now of all times and especially not Daniel. Daniel was the one who had greeted him here. He was the one who Bobby had first met and had even made friends with. It just couldn't be true.

But, why would someone lie about that?

The teenager was breathing hard by the time he reached Dan Apartments. He hadn't run the whole way, of course, but nearly. He put his head against the wall and took deep breaths. He shouldn't have run. Getting her faster wouldn't change anything.

Bobby entered the apartment and found a young woman he had never met standing near Daniel's bed. He also noticed the journal. His attention was on the young woman though. She looked so upset, but she was holding it back. Bobby knew how that was...he was holding back too. His tightly clenched fists were a good indication of that, after all, he'd lost a lot of people in the past.

It just wasn't fair.

He didn't say anything at first, taking a deep breath and starting to feel the heavy awkwardness in the room. "I'm Bobby Pendragon," he said, realizing this was probably one of the worst situations to meet someone, "is...is he really gone?"

[ooc: Going to start a new thread, not sure if that's how you wanted to do it though. So, just tell me if this is no good]

Ziva looked up when she heard the man come into the room. She waited for him to say something before she said anything to him, a habit she had always been in. "I am Ziva David." She replied softly, before nodding at his next question.

"It was too quiet this morning, I should have realized it sooner." She said. "It seems as if he just disappeared." She noted some of the things around the room. She picked up the journal and handed it out to him.

"I believe you are in this also." Was all she said, waiting for him to take a look.

Bobby stored the name away, he recalled possibly hearing it on the network or running across it before. After all, Ziva wasn't exactly a common name. Bobby bit his lip when she said he just 'disappeared.' It was all too familiar to him.

He hated losing people close to him.

Bobby looked up suddenly when Ziva mentioned that he left him something. His eyes landed on the journal, "Really?" He took the journal from Ziva, flipping through the pages until his own name caught his eye. There was a lot written there. About how Daniel had learned a lot from Bobby and had hoped that Bobby had learned from him. How he was glad to have met someone else who understood how crazy transversing the galaxy was. It talked about other things. It mentioned the various conversations they had had and some thoughts Daniel had wanted to share with Bobby about what Bobby had shared with him. Most of all, Daniel wrote how he hoped that one day he could meet Bobby under better circumstances...that didn't involve monsters and the like.

He lowered the journal, looking back up at Ziva after he was done, "Can I...take the pages?" He wasn't sure if the woman wanted to keep the journal in tact or not.

"Yes." She said, with a slight nod. "That is what I did with mine." She motioned to her pocket. "I do not believe that others should be reading what is meant for a certain person's eyes only." She waited for him to make his decision on what he would do, it was his choice to keep the letter or leave it in the journal.

She believed that Daniel would want them to keep the letters. She knew that she would at least.
