Oh, I found people! [Active/Open]
Characters: Kefka, anyone who would be within a block or so of MSG in the middle of the day
Content: Kefka gives up chasing Danny Phantom because he finds something more interesting
Location: A block or so north of Madison Square Garden
Time of day: Immediately following here.
Warnings: It's Kefka. Random cars blowing up is probably the least of the possible problems this could cause.
Kefka had given up on chasing the boy - he was much faster than Kefka, and besides, Kefka didn't want to expend all of his energy that he'd spent all that time gathering all at once just to keep up. There was more to do, more to explore, more to destroy, if he was just patient. Kefka could be a patient man if he wanted to be. Which was rare, granted, but now was perhaps one of those times.
He finally landed in the middle of an intersection, looking around to try to figure out where, exactly, he was. He looked off to his right, and he could see a large building, with people lined up outside of it. A supply depot? It certainly looked that way.
He began to walk down the middle of the street towards the line of people, wiping the last bit of blood from his face as he neared them. After all, he didn't want to scare them with his appearance. But then he was distracted by what appeared to be a pristine car sitting on the curb when he was maybe half of a block away. He couldn't resist the urge to go over to it, run his hand over the smooth hood, and then back up a bit as it exploded loudly, a small fireball shooting into the air.
"Oops." He started to laugh. So much for not attracting too much attention.
