Right. So any "diet" that includes chocolate dipped strawberries for dessert and allows you to eat all the meat, cheese, and eggs you want gets two thumbs up from me. :)

So I made Dan a London Broil for dinner the other night, courtesy of the South Beach book. It turned out okay. I've never done anything like that before (bought a humongous piece of meat, marinated it for a day, and cooked it under the broiler) so I'm not surprised it was a bit chewy.
