... although I could always go over to uni teaching in the future if I get sick of the little ones. The uni teachers at our course are uni + primary teachers AT THE SAME TIME though. I don't know how they cope!
Awwww *heart melts* its only when I remember that kids ARE FUCKING LITTLE ARSEHOLES AND I WILL NEVER TEACH PRIMARY OMGLIKENO! That I remember that if I ever do teach, its university and HSC level ONLY.
Awww, oh my gosh your kids are so cute. :) Makes it all worth it, huh? :D Too bad about pass the parcel, though (we don't have that one here in the states, I don't think, at least I've never played it)--but wow, you got such great presents for them! Makes me wish I had more student teachers when I was in grade school! :D So I guess your life will be a silent, drab thing now that you're all done with that class, eh? ;D
Thanks for putting up all those pics! I loved looking at them. :)
Yeah totally :) they're so adorable. I'm glad you liked seeing the cards! Pass the parcel is where there's a present wrapped up multiple times and you pass it around the circlewhilst the music is playing. When the music stops that kid gets to unwrap it once. Usually each time their's something little in it till you get to the bigger prize.
It's so true! Well, I'll be back to work now. Though I'm going away for four days on Monday! To a place called the Blue Mountains. Some friends and I have hired out a house, it should be fun. Then it's booking Dresden Doll tickets Friday and going to see a performance of Grease, work Saturday and Monday, going to the Sydney Opera House for Romeo and Juliet on Tuesday, work Thursday, Friday (+ a friends bday party) and Saturday, back to uni Monday!
Haha! My life will never be overly boring it seems XD a shame because I wouldn't mind being bored every now and then!
