Last evening there was a free baroque music concert in town. I knew I would really enjoy the lute music and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the baroque violin and viola, the viola da gamba and the theorbo! (The more dramatic theorbo picture here gives a better sense of scale. This one is just a bit bigger, maybe, than the one I saw
