guys, even dave says to ignore damon's stupid ~blur is ova~ drama
Interviewer: You’ve made a public commitment not to get back together. Was that everyone or was that just Damon?
Dave: No, that was just the media. I don’t think we’ve ever said anything that ridiculous, that would be crazy talk.
Interview: Ah! I have an exclusive, Blur are getting back together! You heard it here first, folks!
Dave: That’s not the only two options (laughs). But it’s bizarre, whenever we do something, the media turn round and announce that’s the last thing we’ll ever do. And Damon does have a habit of doing that. After every time he makes a record with any of one of his little projects, or big projects, he says, ‘That’s the last one ever!’ And he’s done that on the last two or three Blur albums. I don’t think anyone’s ever said, while sober, that the band is over.
