This morning, one of our oldest clients decided they've outgrown us. They hired a full-time netadmin. Four years ago, I resurrected their Exchange server from the dead and we'd been providing server and network support for them ever since. I'm always sorry to see a contract end but my instinct is that this is a good choice. On to bigger and better things!
This afternoon, another client called to request a quote to expand their contract. If it works out, they'll go from being our smallest client to the largest. I also received a few new sales leads for VoIP network assessments.
