Everything's falling apart

So aside from the stress of finals time, I've got crap breaking down on me. So I walk into my room tonight and the lights won't turn on. I assume the bulbs just burst again (though there was no 'splosion of light), so I change them out. Nope, still not responding.

Also, I've been dealing with crashes and non-booting on my desktop. Running my Geek tools, it seems my hard drives are bad. All of 'em. Four. In various states. The most severe of which are my older ones, including my primary. Incidentally, my first two tests showed nothing wrong with the primary drive, though it often refuses to spin up at all. I've just ordered a 500 gig-er to replace the two older IDE drives, and ideally they'll come Friday. Probably not.

Did I mention my Mac's also exhibiting graphics glitches again? The same purple fuzziness that necessitated a $900+ repair the last time (though it was done complementary since I was only a month and a day out of warranty).

Of course for the past couple of months my car's AC wasn't running most of the time, but my dad's taken it up with him to get repaired while I've got his new Corolla on loan. I don't like its performance at all. A lot of times it just over-revs and goes nowhere, or I peel out, or it won't accelerate fast enough. It's just very inconsistent about how it applies the engine power to the road. Plus, I don't like the squishy brakes or that I'm riding so high off the ground.

whining, problems, glitch
