Reka is home!
Reka's temperature was down to 101.4 this afternoon and as she is eating and drinking I decided to take her home today. The vet provided me with some antibiotics and I'll be hearing back on more tests tomorrow, but at the moment everything looks good. =)
She is exhausted and sleeping on her bed right now. I suspect she'll only get up once tonight, and that will be for her last walk for the night. Hopefully tomorrow or friday she'll be back to her normal bouncy self.
