There are days where I adore Reka and yesterday was one of those days. I was lounging on the couch under a blanket and watching Battlestar Galactica Season 2. I was a little down at the time and Reka decided to jump up on the couch and lay down next to me. She did this either because I was feeling down and wanted to comfort me, or because she thought I might not kick her off the sofa, or both. =P
In any case, she found a spot where she was comfortable, stretched out, put her head on my chest, and dozed off for about two hours.
It’s the little moments like that make up for the hassles that come with owning a dog.
