First, Happy Birthday painmonkey!!!
Everything I need to do today has a dependency on someone else. So, I really have nothing to do. The talking title that is my boss is out at a client meeting again, so this means my day will be full of surfing the internet until somebody finally finishes their work and the next phase of technical development can begin. It saddens me that I have this downtime as there are a hundred better ways I could be spending it today. Oh well...
Life is cruising along much the same as it has been. My Birthday was good. Took the day off like I normally do, and had Brunch at Orange (Mmmm.. fruishi....). Had some local friends over for a night of games during the evening. All in all, a successful day.
And now for something completely different...
I've always been a fan of horoscopes. Even though I don't believe that Astrology can predict your future, I often times see interesting correlations. Today, my horoscope said. "You may not have a lot of money sense now, so it's a good idea to hold off on any larger than normal purchases... remember you are more inclined to base your choice today on your feelings instead of reality." This is kinda funny, because I am feeling very impulsive today. If I were to go shopping (which I really want to do), I would probably walk out with a new wardrobe and several hundred dollars less. ;)
I need something to motivate me. I have some things I need to take care of, both business wise and personal wise. I just never seem to have the time.
