It's a beautiful, early morning for me today. As it has been for the last week or so, and today I actually slept enough in the night before to savor this feeling. I haven't enjoyed it in quite a while and that's a shame. It's a beautiful day.

I wouldn't have noticed unless I finally understood that what got me so tired those last few days wasn't sleeping too little, but sleeping too much with not enough low-amplitude exercise. So a walk outside, and I feel rejuvenated.

First things first. I got my green label. Not my favorite in the whiskey industry, but we have to give our respects to the Johnnie Walker & Sons that keeps trying so hard.
