Working as a customer service rep sucks!

I have been working as customer service representative for almost half a year now and I'm sick and tired of it. It's mentally draining, I get a considerate amount of rude, inconsiderate people on a daily basis. Yeah, there are always two sides to a picture (not sure how this expression goes exactly in English. I translated it from my language)but like the Physics law says there is always an equal and opposite reaction to an action so if someone behaves in a certain way then most likely there is a reason behind it which makes them behave the way they do. and people tend to not look for or solve the reason. I haven't had a terrible experience myself but I do hear about it. All I can say is stay strong and try not to stress yourself too much over people who don't matter much in life, if possible, (I know this is easier said than done). and I hope you find another better job that you will enjoy doing

Thank you very much for the encouragement, and I really do try not to stress too much about my work but, it's hard. I've never had this experience before where people, many of them behave so harshly and I used to believe that words can't really hurt you but working in this field I've come to realize otherwise. Still looking for a different job in the meantime though, thanks!
