Working as a customer service rep sucks!
I have been working as customer service representative for almost half a year now and I'm sick and tired of it. It's mentally draining, I get a considerate amount of rude, inconsiderate people on a daily basis. The only motivation I have in continuing with this line of work is the pay+benefits, really, that's it! I know that a lot of people are in the same predicament as myself and I think it's very unfortunate. You usually hear about how crappy most customer service reps are but sometimes it's due to YOU, the customer inexcusable behavior/attitude toward us. We're not frigging physics, we're just there to help in whatever way that we can.
