December kind of rushed and dragged by! Early on in the month I got involved in the world's biggest Secret Santa Exchange, hosted by reddit.com
It was great fun and I received lovely gifts.
My dear friend Akane came to visit on her way to Tennessee and we had an awesome time skipping around sub-zero Toronto, Niagara Falls, and we even went snowboarding (don't hit me Megan!)!
Christmas dinner was hosted at my house, and went almost perfectly (my dad caught the flu and missed out). And for my winter vacation Chantelle and I went for a lovely stay at the Madison Avenue Boutique Hotel, for a(n annual??) Lord of the Rings marathon. Worth it!
New Years was spent at Katherine&Gabby's, with special guest star Hassan. It was lowkey and just what I hoped for.
And the new year will start off interestingly for me - turns out I'll be starting school on the 11th after all :O The whole apprenticeship thing is happening rather quickly, so in about a week and a bit I'll officially be a student again. Whoa!
Oh, and I'm still taking pictures of anything and everything.
