Break
Ah, so my break is now half over. It feels so weird. I go back to school in a little over 10 days now.
I went shopping today with my mom. We went out for Chinese food and then went to Oakland Mall and picked up the jeans that I bought at Thanksgiving. They were shipped to Boston, not delivered (why? I don't know!) and then sent back here to the store at Oakland Mall. I have no earthly idea why that is either, but anyways, I have them now. Then I went to Somerset and wanted to buy some tennis shoes that I had seen on the Locaste Website, but they don't sell them anymore because they are last years model. But still on their website. Grrr.... Then I found another pair that I liked that was at Marshall Feilds, but not in my size. They said that the company didn't make them in my size, but then I found the same shoe in my size at DSW, and because I have a gift card to Marshall Feilds, I am making them order it for me. Then using another gift card, I bought the bubble cross from Tiffany's. I love that thing and I wear my gold cross all the time but I look better in the silver and wear that more, so I bought it for myself. I don't normally spend money on myself like this, but its actually kind of fun.
So I have decided that I need to spend a great deal of time this next week doing some serious research and soul searching. I need to figure out what it is that I am going to do with my college years, what I want out of them, and what I want for myself after them.
That does not however, mean that I am opposed to doing something fun with those who are left around at home for the next couple of weeks or so....
