Hello, i'm back from bali! :D Bali was great by the way. I don't really know where to start but maybe i'll just type everything i can remember. The first day was kinda boring, though. Nothing much rellaye. We had lunch on the cliff where we had a spectacular view of the mountain and lake. Then i was being kinda stupid and lame so i made the most random comment anyone has ever heard. I asked why was the mountain so dark and black cos i thought mountains should be green but anyway it wasn't long after i realized that it was a volcano. An active one. I freaked out cos it might blow up any moment but thank god i'm still alive.

People who have little or no faith in their own religion (who i admit, sometimes, i'm one of them), would find that bali is one scary place. I was told that a paparazzi, who followed indo's celebrity couple, died recently when he stood on those sacred hindu statues just to get a good picture of the newlyweds. And then there was once where i accidentally stepped on those (i don't know what it's called) food things that hindus place on the floor to worship their own god and i thought i was gonna die any minute cos i've disrespect other religion >:{
Seriously, you should have seen my face. Hahahahahha. (thank god cindy and isnu weren't around)

Oh Oh, and then there was another time where we were supposed to go to this hindu temple to pray and i was forced to go there too. But then i suddenly remembered myself worshipping Jesus in church every sunday and then it suddenly poured so we couldn't go up to the temple (temple was on the top of the mountain).

Hahahaha, omg. God amuses me sometimes.

Oh yeah, have i mentioned that i've been cheated?! LOL! We went to this balinese restaurant and ordered chicken for lunch but somehow it tasted different from the normal chicken i ate at home. It tasted horrible. And then i realized that it wasn't really chicken-chicken. It was some kinda bird but it wasn't chicken and i still don't get why they list chicken in the menu. Omgggggggg, i can puke right now just thinking about it -.-''' Jeez.

I had so much fun when riding the banana boat :D :D :D :D :D :D
It was fun fun fun fun fun and the wind was so strongggg. The ride on the banana boat was surprisingly scary. Thank god i sat right in front cos i didn't get the higest momentom. The other four of them felt like they were in hell, lol. It was a really bumpy ride. I didn't get to parasail though. Due to the UN climate change conference. So to make up for it we rode the flying fish where we laid on our backs on the stingray look-a-like float and then we were lifted up high at about 5 metres. It was fan-freaking-tastic but also very scary at the same time cos there was no safety belt or whatever so if we let go, we would fall and have our heads crash on the rocks and die just immediately. LOL.

That's pretty much it, really. Oh yeah, we had this really, really gorgeous and wonderful dinner by the beach, with candles lit up and street blue bands entertaining customers. It was amazing :D I love the street band. They even played my favourite song "you give me something" by james morrison :D And of course, they had a generous amount of tip. The waitors and waitresses amazed me. They speak about 3 or 4 different language and one of them spoke fluent mandarin and i was like O.O So ashamed of myself. I'm not even good at my second and third language and seeing them speak fluent foreign languages like japanese, mandarin, russian, french, english and spanish made me feel like poo. It made me feel like going back home to singapore, repent myself for cheating in all my mandarin tests and apologise to ms ding chao or maybe mdm long for not working hard and give them a promise-pledge that i'll work hard when i'm i sec3. Omg, i swear it made me feel so useless and so...so.....i don't know. But nevertheless we had a wonderful dinner. We had kind prawns, chilli crabs, lobsters, fish and something else but i've forgotten, haha! Then when the bill came out i don't feel so romantic anymore -.-'''

Went home and fell sick D: I saw Dr.johan when i was at the hosptital and he asked what was i doing there. He thought i came over for a naval piercing -.- Anyway Dr johan was the one who did my piercings and i think he still remembered how freaked out i was when i saw his collection of wonderful needles -.- I realized that i have a huge bump on my forehead and i was wondering why it was there. Then i've figured out that it was an accident that happened about a year ago when i bumped into waseemah's head while we were playing captain's ball. Haha! It was scary cos the doctors kept whispering to each other and i thought they were gonna prep me for sugery and cut my head into half and that i would die eventually due to complications, lolololol.

I know, you must be tired reading this extremely long post. But wait, i'm not done yet :D

HAVE YOU WATCHED ASIAN IDOL YESTERDAY?! :D Hahahhaha. So here's what i thought about the contestants.
No offense, but i think Hady from singapore don't stand a chance. Okay, i'm so sorry i'm pretty biased about singing competitions but yeah. His performance, was just like that. It felt like it was a routine where you just sing and then get over and done with. But, i think hady would have tons of female voters. I would have to admit, he's not that bad looking after all. But what i still don't get is that why didn't singapore pick Taufik Batisah (1st sg idol) as the sg contestant for asian idol?! I mean, i love him! And you know his song "i dream'? It was my graduation song, by the way. Haha.

Hady couldn't make it when he sang the emo-rock song. Christopher or sylvester would have done better.
But he surprised me when he sang an india duet. Lol, whoa, very bollywood.

And Ken Lim. Omgggg, he commented that hady had a great face and a great voice and i thought he was just lying. Big liar. It's like if he said it, he could get a million dollars by just saying it, lol.

Phuong Vy from vietnam isn't a great singer. But, like what ken lim said, she has the most commercial value. Like seriously, she's better off being the next Lucy Liu or the next Sandra Oh in Hollywood and ditch this whole Asian Idol contest. She's hot. But when she sang her viatnamese song, it was sweet. Not in a good way though. it was just plainly so sweet like sugar on top of a sundae instead of a cherry (omg, what am i saying?) and that made her performace pretty..i don't know, boring? Entertainer, yes. Singer, neh....

Jaclyn Victor from malaysia. Very, very strong voice. I really like it. But, her performace is just too stiff and her first song isn't BIG enough for Asian idol. It was a boring performance but a strong voice in contrast. So, i don't know. I don't really have much comment on this one.

Abhijeet from India. Very handsome, very bollywood-ish(oh please). Nothing much from him, really. 'Cept that his performance "everything i do" could set girls, from across the region, flying around the moon instead of flying over it and have his name in love hearts.

Mau Marcello from the Phillipines. OMG OMG OMG, I LOVEEEEE HERRRRRRR!!! :D :D I'm definitely voting her on this one :D She has the most outstanding voice and it's not unusual that her performance "reach" could make people cry. And like the indian judge said, she could make it big :D But then i think her first performance doesn't give the audience an emotion. But then again, she's really, really good.

And finally, Mike Mohede from indonesia. OMG I SWEAR IF I HAD MY OWN CAR I'LL STALK HIM 24/7 AND FOLLOW HIM WHEREVER HE GOES COS I'M UGH, SO IN LOVE WITH HIS VOICE!!!! He's another strong singer. His voice, though, isn't as strong as Mau from phil. BUT, his voice is wonderful, warm and it gives people a strong emotion. I went hysterical. I cried when he sang "mengejar matahari' and "i believe i can fly". It's like i felt it and
omggggg. I so did not regret indonesia choosing him as indo's pick for asian idol instead of Delon.
He's voice makes people fall in love :)

I HOPE I SEE HIM ANY TIME SOON SOMEWHERE, SOMEHOW COS WE BOTH LIVE IN HE SAME CITY AND AT THE SAME TOWN :D He's house is only 20 minutes away from mine :D

I think i roughly know who will win. I know who's leading this competition and who didn't cut the custard for asian idol. I think Mau and Mike's leading with pfft, hady the last. No really. But then again, i might be wrong.

Can i ask all my sg mates if the host for asian idol is a singaporean too? Cos he's from malaysia but i see him so many times in sg local tevo so i don't know if i'm right. And if he does live in sg, tell me kay?

Not that i'm interested, oh please. Just that i think indo's host for asian idol, daniel jien, speaks better and more fluent english than him. HAHAHHAHAHA. No, seriouly. Oh yeah, what was i thinking? Daniel used to be a student in london. No wonder he aced his english accent.

Results show tonight. I don't intend to vote through a dollar-plus sms. I'll just keep Mike in prayers :D

P.s i know you're disappointed in me for not uploading pictures and i apologize for that. You can call me a huge liar or a person who keeps breaking promises but you can't really blame me for being so forgetful when i actually left my usb cable in singapore. Ha, i'm very human after all.
