Still Going
So I'm in the library for the 2nd real time this year doing research for two papers due next week. Here is a quick rundown of things.
1) Two Gents is over. It was a really succesful show (especially Friday night) and I had a really good time with it. I'm glad to have some free time again but I still wish we could have done ever more with it. I suppose I'll feel like that with every show I do but nonetheless...
2) Homecoming is this weekend. I'm excited to see all these people I know and miss (and of course there will be some I don't.) Seniors are in the best position for homecoming as we have 3 generations of students coming back that we could recognize. I remember as a freshman homecoming sucked but now it'll be pretty tight. I also have to go to the football game because I was nominated for homecoming King. (Which I think is hilarious.) I laughed for a solid minute when I got the e-mail. I'm flattered but still, if you knew me in middle/high school...whoa de. Homecoming king was not in my forseable future. I think Dary Picken and Heidi Lampala will win but it's cool to even be nominated.
3) I'm actually having to do work now. With no play taking up my time I'm actually writing papers and crap. Boo...The only class I give two craps about is Glassblowing. Love it. I'm gonna take it every semester if I can.
4) Guess that is about it on this side. Choir is stupid. My voice teacher molests me. I love my friends. I'm nervous about the future. I went to a job prep course in Nichols. I hate people asking "so what are ya gonna do when you graduate?" I don't know and I'm actually pretty cool with that. (Sometimes.)
