I'm in!
Alright. First off. I am posting this from school. I don't have a working comp in my new house right now. so that would explain why I am not online too much.
So yeah.... school. I have to admit, sait is pretty good. I am making new friends and getting used to the place. The fact that I travel around with the same class everywhere is pretty cool, It means that I just need to find some people in my class who know where they are going if I get lost. The classes aren't too bad so far either, but that is just because it is at the start of the semester. I have had plenty of breaks during class, enough time to go grab a cup of coffee and let my friends have a smoke or something. I have bumped into a few people I know too. I tried to mug Brandon of his bag, I threw some peanuts at Cavan, got insulted by Keith, and had a quick chat with Jenna. I still have yet to even spot a Midii-chu or a Fefe-chu, but I assure you, when I find you I will battle you and catch you with a poke-ball or something like that.
I have almost got my room set up in my new house. I put all my clothes away, set up my bookshelf, and put up most of my posters, some of which I wanna replace, because I realized they aren't very good posters. I took the TV from my brothers room and set up my Dreamcast. 'Tis olde, but it is still a great system in my opinion. I have started playing Grandia 2 on it, atleast one hour a day. Once I finish that, I intend to play Skies of Arcadia again. Since I don't have a working comp, that means no WoW for now, but I intend to quit that anyways. I can't afford to run a student life and a Troll life. To all my friends in the alliance, I shall see you later, BUR!
Aside from all that fun stuff, I am currently the only person living in my house right now, aside from one of Peters' friend that was renting a room in that house, but he is packing his stuff up currently. I would have to say I kinda like living on my own. Right now I only use the downstairs basement and kitchen, so any mess I make down there is my own. The crazy thing is.... There is no mess!! I have actually been able to maintain a good level of organization and cleanliness! Normally in my other house, I would leave my stuff all over the place, the sink would be full of dishes because the dishwasher hadn't been unloaded yet, and my room would be a mess of clothes and other things. I guess now that I have a new start, and that I am on my own, my mentality has changed. I even have a little white board with a "Things to do" list on it. Right now it says:
Things to do:
-Find out address and store hours of Memory Express
-Self Destruct
-I like Peas
It is pretty cool. Another plus is that there isn't a street lamp shining directly into my room, nor is there a bus stop for bus drivers to drive their really loud busses by, or idly park at. The cons of my current location are that I have to walk to Dalahousie every morning, while that is a plus in a way, I am sure in the winter I am gonna hate it.... either that... or CRAZY CARPET to Dalahousie every day! Sa-weeeeet! Umm.. second con I guess is that no one knows where I am right now... probably because I don't know the address of the place, and thus, can't give it out. I do know how to get there though. You umm.. go down that on street, and turn there... and then go past that school type dealy.. and then umm.. turn left... and find the house with the funny doors...
ANYWAYS! I think this is a long enough post for now. I will try and cut it down next time.
