My bi-annual ramble
Hi all
Just quicky to say hi. Saw most of the Sydney Carnie crew recently and discovered that technically, I AM NOT CARNIE FOLK! Not sure how I feel about that really. I always thought it was Carnie short for Carnival folk cos you're all a bunch of clowns. Now I know the true reason and I actuallly think I'm pleased to stand alone yet together with my carnie buds!
My trip to sydney was WONDERFUL. Seeing RB 40 weeks preganant and then just popped was quite the privilege and I will be forever grateful for that. Little E is the pretties, tinniest, cutiest mosted loved little girl in Manly/Newtown right now, and Perth! I'm sure it was the shandy at the Stein that did it, or perhaps just going into the Stein was enough to frighten her out of the womb soon ater!
A night on the beer with MK was as eventful as can be expected, I have a black knee, a scaby elbow and a broken big toe to prove it. Survived, just! Then Friday with the usual suspects at the Duke was just wonderful. Thankyou all one ventured out to spend time with me, I am very happy to have seen you and met the new partners in ever expanding extended family.
Back home now and I have a severe case of the Post Holiday Blues. Can't crack a smile to save my life.
