(no subject)
Howdy ho
Monday arvo here and its a gorgeous day. Should relocate myself outside and lay in the sun, coz its not hot and its not cold, just picture perfect blue skys and sunshine. Glorious I think is the word.
I did well on NOT oding on chocolate this easter. I gave away an Lint easter bunny I was given by my boss and my folks gave me a box of chocolates, which Im going to take to work tomorrow. Rather see them get fat... ha ha! Its tuff, my worst addiction so i'm proud of myself.
Weekend has been great. My crazy energy has continued unabated and I'm loving it. I just wish I knew what it was so I could bottle it and keep it for times of drought. Was out on a date for dinner and a flick yesterday. Has anyone seem March of the Penguins? It was so nice, they are funny little dudes. My date was with a guy I meet at a wedding a few weeks ago, and then ran into on satuday night. I kind of wish I didn't give him my number now, hes nice and we had a good time, but I'm not even slightly interested so now have to have the conversation of saying thanks but no. Hate that.....! Man I'm having fun lately. And then the strangest thing happened to me on saturday night, Aiv says I should put this in LJ so I will.
Whilst sitting quietly at at kebab shop in Northbridge saturday night, a complete stanger walked up to me, grabbed me very securely either side of my head and snogged the face off me. I couldn't move my head away coz he had a very tight grip on me, so I screwed up my eyes and mouth, almost sucked my lips back in and all I could do was wildly swing my arms around until it eventually occured to me that I could use them to bush the guy off, which I did. My face was all bloody wet and he just grinned at me and walked off. Wot the....??? And then his friend starts making his way over and I'm like NO WAY, so he just said, your bloody beautiful... and walked off too. What in gods name am I sending out to get this shit? Flattering my arse, that was shit, still can't believe it. I mean, you just wouldn't....
And the one I wanted to hear from seems to have blown me off. Its always the way I think, the one you want couldnt care aless, and the ones you don't want come knocking. WRONG! But really, haven't had so much fun in ages.... lovin it! NEXT!!!
Think I might take myself for a walk down the beach later. Back to work tomorrow, but I have another four day weekend to look forward to, yay!
Oh I rang Al and Pete in Tasy today. They are great and asked about you'll. The twins turned one in Feb so as you can imagine their house in manic not stop, three kids under five. All red heads and all girls. One of them has been in a caste for months, turns out her hip was broken since birth. So Silver just had the caste taken off and is learning to crawl now, while Jade is almost walking.
