A relaxed day
Lady (the eldest cat) has been throwing up a bit too often lately, so we took her to the vet, who gave us a few things to try first before we start looking at more serious solutions. Hopefully this is a short-term thing, rather than something more serious.
Cat Lady and I took a friend from work to Rainbow Mountain for his birthday. They had recently regained their power, (over a week since Hurricane Sandy had hit), and there were a few glitches here and there as a result, but nothing really major. At one point, the owner (?) got up and announced that a youth outreach program that they had attempted wasn't working out, and so it was terminated, but at least they had tried. I thought that was pretty classy, to admit a failure in public and then move on.
