It Came Back (x2)
After behaving for a day, my day-job computer started acting up again, worse than before. Again, not happy.
The bear returned to the parking lot the next day, this time with cubs in tow. Another email went out, almost in real-time. (How did this bear get authenticated for our mail system, anyway?) A third email was sent today, with a whole bunch of very reasonable (professionally prepared) tips for dealing with difficult cust... bears.
