Excitement in Ecuador...or something like that
So, there was some excitement tonight across the street from our apartment building tonight. It isn't abnormal to hear dogs barking and car horns going at random hours of the night, but while my dad and I were watching a movie, there was a dog that was going crazy along with a bunch of people talking and a siren all at the same time. We decided to look out the window and there were a group of people fighting on the corner. A police car had come and three or four of them got out of the car with batons. Me and my dad, being the creepers that we are, decided to turn the lights off and watch to see what happened (we didn't want to make it obvious that that's what we were doing.
It took a while for everything to die down but while it was, pretty much everyone who was driving by had to slow down to see what was happening. Anyways...it wasn't anything too interesting, but it was the most excitement in that sense, or well, the only excitement in that sense that we've seen since we got here.
