You are in a serious car accident. It is the middle of the night and you are in the middle of nowhere. You have a cellphone but it has fallen out of your reach as your leg is pinned beneath car carnage. The only way you are going to survive is to amputate your leg so you can reach your cellphone...otherwise you will die from bleeding to death

um....if i still had feeling in my leg i'd probably just die...but if the nerves had been severed i'd have no problem cutting it off...shit i'd wait for the car to catch fire and cook that motherfucker for snack while i waited on the ambalance(yes i misspelled ambulance on poorpuss)

Well, being that most folks don't carry a hacksaw with them whilst their driving down the road, I'd probably have to just die since I would be ill-equipped to hack off my own leg *shrugs*

I seem to be in the minority, but i would rather remove the leg than die... if im gonna die its not going to be without at least trying to help myself get away.

Plus you wouldnt have to worry about whether your socks match :D
