There usually isn’t much to do in Strontian. Summer however is the time when the village comes to life, some life anyway. Last week there was a movie festival that came here with the travelling caravan (unfortunately we missed that), and on last Saturday there was a yearly fair that ended up with Ceilidh Dancing in the evening. I won’t comment on it as all I had to say is there, in the comments to the pictures.

In the recent few days I saw two movies I’ve been looking forward to for quite a long time: X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Terminator Salvation. Both left me under a strong impression: the first one - hurtful disappointment, the second - relief and actualy joy that it was good after all. And about both I would like to mention a word here.
