Why I Root for Notre Dame
My fellow Trojan alumnus grandfather thinks I'm the antichrist as I cheer for Notre Dame today against the Nittany Lions. I have my reasons:

1. There is no (well, less) joy in routing (or squeaking by) a wussy Fighting Irish team.

2. A No. 1 vs. No. 2 (or close enough) Irish-Trojan game would be stellar.

3. Brady Quinn is just so damn cute.
