Okay, I’m a bit stiff today. My quads are somewhat sore, and my hamstrings and gluts are a bit stiff (maybe they’ll turn sore later). I’m drinking water, and I wrote out a run schedule for the next several weeks, just to see what it looks like on paper ( Read more... )

...I need to try the protein thingy. I mean, I'm thinking I'm getting fat. I'm sure heavier than I used to be, anyway. I used to be really a lot thinner. Sigh.

I'm trying to go through, read--and catch up on my comments. LOL.

How come you're not dying after ten miles? Wow, I would be.
