Leverage

Early this year, I started watching Leverage. After season one, I took a break to work on some other shows, but I came back to season two last month and just finished it up and watched the season three premiere.

I've been really enjoying it, but by mid-season two the formula of it was starting to get to me, most notably in the "We're going to steal a [thing]" tag line, and I can't decide if it's better or worse when the show goes all meta about its quirks. I'm also starting to lose my suspension of disbelief for all the conversations they have over comms that to anyone else looks like they're talking to themselves.

I really love Eliot and Hardison and Parker, and I like Nate and Sophie and even Tara ince I got used to her, though. But I think I need to take another break and get back into my other shows (and try not to get too far behind on current season stuff). Because I'm just not sure how I feel about Nate being a prison escapee, who still apparently is going to do his job, while they're all also being blackmailed by Very Bad People.
