Non-Tuesday puzzle: Raffle Rainbow

I recently bought two tickets to a raffle, numbers 211 and 212. One was blue and the other was aqua. I later found out the blue ticket was part of a run of four blue tickets, while the aqua ticket was part of a run of 95. However, starting with 129, seven of the aqua tickets had a second color on the back: lime. (To clarify, no ticket is both blue and aqua.)

There were also some red tickets. How many?
