Good news and bad news
The good news is personal: I ran a 27:20 in the 5K this weekend! That's over a minute faster than December's 5K, and I managed it in spite of developing blisters by the second kilometer. I'm sure if I was training smarter, I'd be able to get it down to 25 minutes very quickly ( Read more... ) -

Nethack Ascension
I turned 30 on Monday. Happy belated birthday to me -- my chaotic elven Wizard, Arkanon, just ascended to Demigodhood. I'm sooo happy to have accomplished what I once thought was impossible!
