Busy in July
My brother, Stephen, arrives in town today for a week! I'm so excited about seeing him. I haven't seen him in two years. We'll be spending some time together off and on and of course will do the bbq on the 4th.
Gary, my high school sweetheart, arrives in town on the 7th and will be at the home of his parents until the 14th. I'm a bit nervous about seeing him, but excited too! His birthday is the 9th and we are planning on going to dinner. I haven't seen him in about 25 years, but thanks to facebook that is about to change. OMG! lol
And ... Eric is thinking of dropping into town perhaps sometime this month. Plans have not been finalized but I am excited about the possibility of seeing him also. Its been way too long since we tramped along the swamp together and I delight in the fact that we always had a great time when he visited. He wants to go to "The Myrtle Plantation" and I'm just waiting to see if he can clear up some time on his busy calendar while in the states. He wants to stir up some old ghosts. Ironically, I'm not one of them! LOL
I missed Bobby's visit to Nawlins and it made me a little sad. My doggone work schedule has been hectic but I'm hoping that he and Pixie will find their way back home soon and we can do more things together. *smiles*
Appears I will have a fun month of reflections from the past and I'm looking forward to greeting each with a huge smile and big hug!
