Where I watch Revolutionary Girl Utena, Episode 28

Well, Ruka, AKA Gary Stu, wasn't quite so bad as I'd feared, but I still don't like him. It's the fact that he comes out of pretty much nowhere, and the fact that his character design is a blatant rip-off of Touga, not to mention that he's primarily defined by being better than Juri, which is a total lie, he's got a slight advantage in reach is all. Then the second half of the episode started getting more interesting, but unfortunately near the end, the timing on the subtitles started to fail, so it became difficult to discern who was saying what and why.

Still, the next episode looks promising, so I'll keep my fingers crossed!
