Where I watch Princess Tutu, episode 14
Starting with this episode, there's a change in the format of the series; basically, each episode is now comprised of two half episodes, and so I will discuss each half separately.
The first half serves to establish the new status quo, now that Mytho has recovered his feeling of love. While Fakir is still a bit rough around the edges, he is definitely a lot nicer to Ahiru than he was before. All in all, a pleasant diversion to ease us into the next story arc.
The second half definitely serves us with some rather nasty twists, now doesn't it? Princess Kraehe may yet have the last laugh, as she's infected Mytho's feeling of love with her raven blood, and she's gone to speak with her daddy, the Monster Raven from the story! And Mytho himself is starting to take a nasty turn, and if I read between the lines, his dialogue definitely makes him into a rather unsavory chap indeed. Also, it was a bit awkward that Mytho didn't wear pants in that last scene. Also, for some reason Mytho reminded me of Bakura from Yugioh. That's, probably not a good sign. And behind all the scenes is Drosselmeyer, who's intent on keeping the story in motion, regardless of the consequences.
