Why is it there's the fic battle at lostsquee for all my wacky island fic needs, an ongoing grab bag event for bsg_slashathon for all my apocalypse of doom fic needs, and Porn Battle VII, which I'm sure hits every fandom I have, and some I didn't even know I wanted to write for ( Read more... )

I declare that you are a tease, woman. A Tease. You have been talking about laundromat!Jon for aaaages and yet it has still not found its way to my inbox. >:(

You can make it up to me by finishing the genderswap fic. Also, I am feeling old school and kind of want to read about ghost!Charlie and ghost!Boone shenanigating on the astral plane.

Yes, a tease. I don't mean to be (well, not about this, anyway, lol). It's just taken a lot of time to percolate. That and the kind of fill-in writing I need to do to it is so hard. (Example: at the start of a scene, the story might still say SCENE BEGINS, WHAT DAY IS THIS?, TALK ABOUT WEATHER.) Boy do I suck at that kind of shit. You'd think I'd learn not to skip that kind of introductory stuff, but I always do, and it always comes back to bite me. But come hell or high water (or the continued existence of CAPS descriptions instead of story), I'll be sending it along soon.

ghost!Charlie and ghost!Boone, huh? I wrote a random-ass story about just that thing a while back that my flist had grace to politely ignore. But if you do indeed want rambly wackyness... The Long Goodbye; or, The New Jacob of Craphole Island (Charlie/Boone, R, 5000 words)
