I hated having 6 small meals a day instead of 3 normal ones, but I just couldn't eat enough in one go to last through the day. I do the sultana thing too. ^_^

My GP also didn't want to refer me to a psychologist even though she says my symptoms may just be stress, but she did refer me to a "sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundige" who says he can refer met to a psychologist if needed. That person is from Indigo too. It may be possible to make an appointment through the website www.indigo.nl if you explain your situation.

Good luck with the course. It may not pull you out of the woods, but it beats doing nothing and twiddle your thumbs while things slip away deeper into the mud.
I'd like to hear your opinion about the course. I still haven't managed to get the movies to play.

Me neither, the movies dont work.

I will keep that in mind when the doctors appointment next friday wont work out. Hopefully it wont be needed but it is good to have a back up plan.

I have finished the first lesson, but I didnt think much of it yet since it is an introduction lesson and really didnt tell me anything new yet. All though sometimes you just need to hear again what you already knew from the first place.

I just finished lesson 2, because I felt to sick for it last week. It also didn't tell me anything new as I've learned most of it in therapy when I was a teen, but doing the homework of lesson 2 is still hard. XD

I don't like filling in the bad events of a day in the mood journal. I just don't want to dwell on it, but I guess there's a point in getting a clear view on the bad things and later on filter out the ones that can be changed into good ones.

I dont like the fact that you can only list 1 mood lifter or mood downer of the day, while in my case there can be several. I like the mood journal but I think it is too limited.

Maybe I should keep a list of what I do and don't like of the course and send it as an evaluation at the end. I've also noticed that the "nice events" list in lesson 2 contains some items twice.
But it is not the main event of the course and they say the course as is works, so it will work as is. XD
