Bulleted List with Unconventional Bullets
Because that's what all the cool kids are doing these days, right? Not that I would know.
So, I've been not-dead, in case there was any confusion on that topic. I've been doing stuff! Such as:
@ Participating in a round-robin style crayfish fighting tournament - to the not-death! Don't worry, it was for class. The final match was Mittens vs. GunBob. At least one match ended in mating. Pretty epic, all things considered.
# I wrote something for Flashpoint! Even if it was a little 100 word drabble I scribbled in a notebook for the prompt 'a history of violence'. It's about Sam, though. Weird.
$ I counted birds at a marsh Sunday morning. Also for class. Woot 8am point counts.
% That bit of Flashpoint porn I was ranting about in early September (God, that was so long ago)? Yeah, that's still sitting on my computer. People usually talk before they jump into bed, right? Should probably add some of that in...
^ I get to play with a frog heart on Thursday. Not for class. dun dun dun. OK, yes, it is for class. Well, a lab if you want to split hairs.
& Designed and coded up a website for a new client over the weekend. Looks pretty snazy if I may say so myself.
* HAVE BEEN TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY OBSESSED WITH SHERLOCK FOR THE LAST TWO THREE FOUR WEEKS, NAMELY sherlockbbc-fic AND shkinkmeme. GIVE ME MY LIFE BACK. Actually, go ahead a keep it.
+ Trying to memorize song bird calls. For (all together now) a class.
= Reading two more amazing Giles Blunt novels. Currently on Blackfly Season. My mom used to live in Ontario, and she got this glint in her eye when I asked her about the flies. I hear they're bad.

:: I think I need to do a fandom update at some point. Things have been happening. My hours per week have dropped dramatically. I watch a lot of local news these days. Is this what growing up is like?
- Hockey is back! Time for me to pretend I know everything that's going on when really all my information comes from this one guy from high school who always posts Canucks updates in his facebook status... oh, and also Puck Daddy. Go Canucks!
