I agree that you gain far more insight from having a child, as you will be around that child 24/7 (typically). But does a woman who has a nanny watch their child during that time while she gets her hair and nails done have more experience than the childless nanny? And the problem I had wasn't about parenting, rather about how tacky his choice of chastising Em was. Like, did you have to do it for THAT long, THAT loudly? It was awfully close to the house (in the garage).

And yes. A 3 month old parent who worked with Em the past 2 or so years. I'm sorry, but I watched her throughout her infancy and early years. I would say we are on equal playing field, lol.

Yesh, he does. I do owe him an apology for the rude way I acted (I went outside and said that they needed to stop it now and finish what they were saying... I was tired of being made to feel uncomfortable at my house because he didn't want to stop his ten minute lecture).

All in all, having a child doesn't provide more insight automatically, it just provides you with the chance to gain more experience. Otherwise, I would have 2093482039482 exp in pooping, for sure.
