Friday night started a bit slow. M wasn't feeling well, so we got takeout from Thai Kitchen. It took the CWRU Film Society a few weeks to get their calendar updated for the spring semester, but it's up now. It's actually quite solid. I've already been there once this semester to see the original Superman with Christopher Reeves and Gene Hackman. The new George Romero film, Survival of the Dead, will have its Cleveland premiere at 7:30pm on Monday, July 19 at the Cleveland Cinematheque. It's a loose sequel to the excellent Diary of the Dead in that it follows some characters who appeared briefly in the prior film.
