An unsorted list of things I should really get around to doing in Cleveland
This is distinct from my list of places I want to eat at some time.
- The Botanical Gardens. I haven't been since they built the big fancy space.
- The various cultural gardens. I've only driven past them. Here's a shot of the Italian one taken by herpdaddy.
- The USS Cod. I'd better get to it before I get much fatter :-)
- I've never walked all the way through Lakeview Cemetery. In particular, I'd like to find Ray Chapman's grave and the Haserot angel.
- Next time I'm at the Jake, I need to walk through Heritage Park
- Continuing the baseball theme, I'd like to get to a Crusher's game.
- I've somehow never made it to MOCA, nor to a show at the Cleveland Playhouse next store.
- And this is somewhat embarrassing, but I've never actually been to The Natural History Museum.
- I hear MAPS is pretty sweet, even if you aren't getting married there.
- I'd like to ride the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad some time.
- There's a lot of hiking in the Metroparks, almost none of which have ever been trod by me.
Suggestions welcome. Not like I'm going to actually do most of this stuff.
